How to Prepare Dried Raw Sea Moss Into A Gel:

  • Rinse a handful of Sea Moss with natural spring water until your sea moss is thoroughly cleaned from any excess salt.
  • Soak sea moss in clean water for 24 hours.
  • Place sea moss in high-speed blender and cover with spring water.
  • Blend until Sea Moss has a creamy smooth gel texture.
  • Store in a glass jar or sealed container and place in the refrigerator up to 4 weeks and 6 months in the freezer. 
  • Sea Moss can be used as a thickening agent for: stews, soups and a gelatin replacement in vegan baking.
  • Take 2 Tablespoons a daily.
